A copy of all
permission slips (if relevant) should be included in the submission.

The entry must respect copyright and be entirely of the
contributors own work, including soundtracks & still images.

Use of freeware
sound bites or images is permitted but must be referenced, if including
these from a CD resource a photocopy of the freeware licence conditions
should be included in the submission.

Each entry must be presented on a clearly labelled CD/DVD with
the team name, entrants names (Given and Family Names), school and
school year level on Show Day.

A
copy of the storyboard should be submitted demonstrating pre-production
of scenes & shots. This should be labelled with the team name.

The movie must be saved in either .wmv
format (PC), .mov format (mac) or .fla format (youTube etc) with a size between
50MB and 150MB

The movie
play time must not exceed 3 minutes. (excluding credits)

Credits should be included to acknowledge support
received, materials used & include references to Water Care
& the "On with the Show - This is IT" Competition.

The Movie filename must be the team name as
written on the CD/DVD. Where a a team provides more than one entry, a
number following the team name must be used - eg. waterwarriors1.mov

All entry components
should be placed in an A4 envelope with the Team Name, individual
entrants names, school and year level written on the front.
